My childhood friend Lydia is in the process of campaigning to raise the money needed to make her movie, Sunny Lane. Based on Lydia’s life history, Sunny Lane follows two cousins, Eden and Izzie, as they navigate the foster care system while planning their initial escape. A shared diary chronicles their adventures, exposing violence and neglect.
