On Display

I found the most incredible architectural element to serve as a jewelry display fixture. I just need to find the right hooks to drill into the wood. The chippy green banister post will also double as a necklace display.

I'm really looking forward to the second annual Red Wine & Geen Art event sponsored by my work. Since I was so unprepared last year, I've been working really hard to prepare business cards, custom displays, proper price tags, gift wrap and thank you cards. I'm compiling all of the photographs I've taken lately and formatting a small portfolio book featuring the pieces that I've created that aren't for sale. I'm hoping this will better inform the pieces that are on display while giving the customers a better idea of what my work is about. It will be nice to have a printed record of my efforts, too.

  2. Hey Amanda! I ordered through Blurb. I used their really neat InDesign plugin to design the book. It sets all of the cut guides and bleeds for you so there's no guessing. The quality is nice, too! If I were to order again, I'd upgrade the paper to the Pro level so it's thicker.
